When Lyle Schaller was asked “Who is going to replace you?” He replied: “Bill Easum already has!”
Bill Easum started 21st Century Strategies in 1987 while still a pastor of the church he restarted in 1969 and led to become one of the first large churches in the Southwest over his 24 years as the pastor.
In 2000, Bill merged 21st Century Strategies with Tom Bandy’s Thriving Church ministry and the company name became Easum, Bandy & Associates. In 2009 the name returned to 21st Century Strategies when Bill and his long time friend, Bill Tenny-Brittian, merged their ministries.
Whereas the name has changed over the years, the goal of 21st Century Strategies has remained the same – to Equip Christians for Global Impact. Our international ministry includes church consulting, coaching, speaking, and futuring. We are considered to be one of the best consulting groups in the West because, even though we have one of the longest track records among consultants, we keep current with the times.
Bill Easum is the recepient of the Donald McGavran award for outstanding leadership in church growth.
